Lauren Conrad Reunited with Ex-BFF

Reality TV sweetheart, Lauren Conrad, of MTV's The Hills fame, has made up with former best friend (and fellow Hills star) Heidi Montag, Entertainment Tonight News reports.

Which leads me to ask - what will the girls' on-air tears be about now?

Out at Los Angeles hotspot STK, on Oct. 14, Lauren celebrated her over-priced beach-y fashion line's runway show at L.A. Fashion Week and just happened to run into Heidi and boyfriend (as well as Lauren's arch-nemesis) Spencer Pratt. They were apparently there to eat dinner, unaware that it was the official after party location.

Heidi approached Lauren and after a few moments the girls hugged. All was forgiven. Except, of course, with Pratt, who left Heidi alone for her "aw shucks" moment and left with his girlfriend soon after. How long does that relationship have left? Fifth season of The Hills anyone?
