Lawyer: There Is No Spears-Federline Sex Tape
Fans of celebrity sex tapes woke up on Wednesday hearing news they dread.
There is no Kevin Federline-Britney Spears sex tape.
Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, who represents Spears' estranged husband, Kevin Federline, denied there was a sex tape and that Federline was shopping it around, according to E! Online.
"There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence. It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to sell such a video are patently false, and anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else," Kaplan said Tuesday, E! Online reported.
Reports were rampant on the internet that the sex tape was out there and Federline was trying to sell it in order to generate income for himself. Earlier this month, Spears announced she was filing for divorce from Federline.
