LeAnn Rimes' Husband Files for Divorce
Three months after their separation Deane Sheremet filed for divorce from the country singer
Deane Sheremet filed for divorce from LeAnn Rimes, according to People Magazine.
The country singer, Rimes, announced their separation on October and her husband Sheremet filed for divorce on Friday.
The court documents cite irreconcilable differences.
Their eight year marriage will end badly as Rimes began a very public relationship with married actor Eddie Cibrian.
According to reporters the couple was having marital problems before Rimes, 27 years old, began her extra marital affair with Sheremet.
Cibrian, who had been married to Brandi Glanville for eight years, filed for divorce in August seeking shared custody of their two children Mason, 6, and Jake, 2.
29-year-old Sheremet is seeking spousal support and payment for his attorney fees from Rimes.
The couple, who married in 2002 when she was 19, has no children.
Their home in Nashville went on sale in May for $7.45 million.
Sheremet filed the divorce papers on Thursday in the Superior Court.
