Ledger's Daughter Left Out

Ledger's will leaves nothing to daughter.

Heath Ledger, who died from an accidental overdose of prescription medication in January, left nothing in his will to his former girlfriend and their two year-old daughter, because his will was never updated, according to the Associated Press.

A copy of Ledger's will shows that he left everything he owned to his parents and his three sisters. The document doesn't say how much he left to the family, however.

Papers filed with the will list Ledger's New York City belongings valued at $145,000.

Ledger was the popular actor who won an Academy Award for his role in Brokeback Mountain, and is slated to appear as the Joker in The Dark Knight this summer. His death, which occurred in a New York hotel, shocked millions.

Still, Michelle Williams, Ledger's former girlfriend, and his daughter Matilda Rose will be cared for, according to published reports.

Ledger's father, Kim, said the family would make sure the actor's former girlfriend, actress Michelle Williams, and their 2-year-old daughter, Matilda Rose, would be provided for.
