Len Goodman Battles with Cancer

E! is reporting that Len Goodman, one of the three judges on "Dancing with the Stars," has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. The 65-year-old ballroom expert was diagnosed in March, but told reporters that the disease was caught early and after surgery he feels "right as rain."

Goodman waited on having the surgery so he could still be part of the hit ABC series. "I could have said 'sorry' and not done the show, but the doctors felt I wasn't riddled with it and it wasn't so far advanced that it was a life-or-death scenario. It takes a few weeks to get everything set up for the operation anyway, so I went ahead and did the show. I had the surgery as soon as I got back from America," Goodman told a Britain newspaper.

He went on to say, "I feel good. I was obviously worried at the start. We all worry if we get something like this."
