Leona Lewis Will Not Do Bond Theme Song
Bond producers reportedly have not approached the "X Factor" winner.
The Sun, a British publication, has recently tipped that music's new sensation, Leona Lewis, will be recording the theme song, "Quantum of Solace," for the 22nd James Bond installation, thus replacing Amy Winehouse as a candidate.
On Friday, however, Access Hollywood reports that Lewis's rep said that the rumors are untrue and that Leona Lewis will indeed not be recording the song.
"She is seen as one of the few candidates who has the right profile both sides of the pond to do it," a source told the Sun, saying that the "Bleeding Love" singer is reliable and that she has the right voice for the track.
"Amy [Winehouse] was their original choice but she just can't get her act together and hasn't got the right image," the source continued.
