Leonardo DiCaprio Might Discover Diamonds
The actor may play a diamond-seller in "The Blood Diamond," directed by "The Last Samurai" director
Diamonds are no longer just a girl's best friend. Actor Leonardo DiCaprio might be getting in on another kind of diamond action if he stars in director Ed Zwick's "The Blood Diamond." The film is set in Sierra Leone in 1999 during the country's civil war. If he signs on to the project, DiCaprio would play a man who sells "conflict diamonds," which finance terrorists and rebellions. These diamonds sure ain't your average bling-bling but like a good quality rock, they're sure to stir up controversy.
