Leonardo DiCaprio Might Produce

The actor might team up with Elkins Entertainment for to producee remake of "Cat's Cradle."

Leonardo DiCaprio had a dandy time flying through the skies in "Aviator" last year but the actor is looking to put on a different cap this year. Although nothing it set in stone, DiCaprio is interested in producing a feature film adaptation of Kurt Vonnegut's classic "Cat's Cradle," which features a group of people searching the world for Ice-Nine, a substance capable of instantly freezing the world's water supply. Hillard Elkins' Elkins Entertainment company is expected to join Appian Way, DiCaprio's production company on the project and "Sahara" screenwriter James V. Hart is set to adapt the 1963 novel with his son Jake. No word yet on if DiCaprio will actually join the freezing cast or if he'll just chill behind the scenes.
