Levi Johnston would love to be on ‘Dancing'

The father of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's grandson and model, Levi Johnston, has voiced his interest in being a contestant on the next season of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars."

"I think if my phone were to ring right now, I would probably say yes," Johnston, 19, said following the "Dancing" season finale on Tuesday.According to an article on the New York Daily News web site, "After a rather anti-climatic not-completely-nude pictorial in ‘Playgirl' magazine, the father to Bristol Palin's son, Tripp, said he'd consider being part of the celebrity dancing series, which has featured celebs like Emmitt Smith, Joey Fatone and Toni Braxton."

Johnston's issue of Playgirl will hit newsstands in January. The aspiring model has also been photographed for magazines like Vanity Fair and GQ.Johnston has admitted to being a beginner when it comes to ballroom dancing but feels his time being a hockey player would give him an advantage on the show.

"I mean, I'm pretty athletic so I think I could do just about anything," bragged Johnston.

The article on the New York Daily News's web site goes on to say that, "Despite stripping down (at least partially) for the camera, Johnston said that he thought his biggest challenge would be ‘being able to loosen up' for the cameras if he were on the show.'"
