Lily Van Der Woodsen Keeps Custody of Her Son
Kelly Rutherford just won the first round in court for her son's custody.
The judge, Michael Levanas, who is in charge for this custody case, allowed Rutherford to take her 2-year-old son, Hermes, with her in New York during her shootings for Gossip Girl.
Gossip Girl cast and producers had been more than supportive of her court battle, Rutherford says.
Superior Court Judge Michael Levanas ordered Rutherford's ex-husband, Giersch, to visit his son a minimum of seven hours.
"I want you to see your son every single day. I want the child to see both parents," Judge Michael Levanas said.
"I can't find fault with either of you," Levanas added. "We have a dad who loves his kid and a mom who loves her son," the celebrity-gossip net reports.
Their next hearing has been set for April, according to People magazine.
