Lindsay Lohan temporarily falls off the wagon on New Years Eve.
So what is the new year without a little Lindsay Lohan drama? TMZ released a video that featured Ms. Lohan taking a sip of champagne while she celebrated the New Year in Italy. According to E!Online, Blair Berk, her lawyer, confirmed that the bottle was, in fact alcohol, but that the issue was already dealt with.
"After being handed a champagne bottle while on the dance floor in Italy on New Year's Eve and drinking from it, the good news is that Lindsay stopped herself, called her sponsor and got herself back on track," Berk said in a statement. "There is no magic cure here."
