Though she is doing time in prison, Lindsay Lohan has been comforted by the support of her fans. While serving time behind bars, she is reportedly receiving 250 letters a day.
The troubled actress is currently serving time at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California.
According to torontosun.com, the staff in the facility have been handling tons of fan mail for the actress. However, Lohan has only allowed 10 deliveries at one time. She is going to have to catch up her reading after her release.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman, Steve Whitmore agreed to speak about the situation.
"You only get 10 letters at any one time, and deliveries are only once or twice a day. Most inmates don’t get anywhere near that kind of mail. It will be given to her or an associate when she leaves.”
There is a possibility that Lohan could be released as early as Sunday. From there, she will complete a court-ordered rehabilitation visit.
