Lindsay Lohan Almost Violates Probation

Lindsay Lohan's squabble with Samantha Ronson almost made her violate probation in her DUI case, reports E! Online. While the Mean Girls actress was shopping with her sister yesterday, her lawyer, Blair Berk, went to a progress hearing for Lohan in Beverly Hills Court. The problem was that Lohan did not reenroll in her alcohol-education course within the allotted time frame. The reason she had to reenroll was because she recently moved from Ronson's house to a new address.

"It was just a technicality," said Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman Vania Stuelp. "They have fixed the addresses and paperwork, and there is no violation of probation."

While Lohan will not have any legal repercussions from this error, it does reignite the rumor that she and girlfriend Samantha Ronson have split. Earlier this week, the actress wrote a statement in her blog that the couple was still together, saying, "little piece of TRUE information...we did NOT break up!"
