Lindsay Lohan may still be at the Betty Ford Rehab Center for the holiday season, but at least she is getting permission to drive again. Well, almost.
The L.A. County Probation Department and the DMV initially gave the OK for Lohan’s request to begin driving again, as did the Betty Ford center.
But when the actress came to pick up her keys, they decided that allowing Lindsay to drive would be a safety risk considering the amount of paparazzi who is endlessly tailing her.
Lohan retaliated by writing an e-mail to her lawyer in order to get a restraining order against the paparazzi, says
