Lindsay Lohan denies recent allegations and wants to sue

Whether she is in the courtroom or going about her daily routine, Lindsay Lohan can’t seem to get out of the negative spotlight. After being accused of drinking at a SAG Awards after party and allegedly making out with Henry Hopper at a gas station, Lohan is not going down without a fight. Supposedly, the actress denies these reports and is threatening to sue the media outlets responsible for these claims.

TMZ said Lohan is heated about these rumors and she denied the story that she was boozing at the after party. She did say there was some truth to the report. Lohan admitted that she was an attendee at last Sunday’s party inside the Chateau Marmot hotel. However, she said there was no alcohol involved and only water touched her lips that night.

In response to her relations with Hopper and things heating up at a gas station, Lohan insisted the two are only friends and nothing more. Stories also surfaced that she purchased Red Bull and vodka while at the gas station but Lohan also dismissed this accusation. Sources told TMZ that the actress said she came out of the store with only soda, chips, and cigarettes.

According to TMZ, a source close to Lohan said she is currently seeking legal advice on the matter from her attorneys. The source explains that Lohan’s reasoning behind the potential lawsuit is to kill the false accusations that are ruining any chance of saving her career.

Lohan’s past run-ins with the law do not make her the most trustworthy person so we’ll see how this possible case turns out.
