Lindsay Lohan may have her hands full right now, but that isn't stopping her from pursuing a dream of owning her own production company.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Lohan and business partner Kristi Kaylor have founded Unforgettable Productions. The venture is expected to focus on film and TV aimed at the teen to twenty-something female demographic.

Already Kaylor and Lohan have lined up a TV series, "Faux Real," based on the hit HBO series, "Entourage," but set in the fashion world. A "docu-cause" game show is also in the works, and a dating show, "That's What Friends Are For."

With Kaylor--who also manages Lohan's fragrance company 6126--at the helm, the outfit is expected to grow.

"We're taking a 360 degree approach," Kaylor said, emphasizing a well-rounded focus on digital media and the Internet. "Lindsay is 23 years old, so she is plugged in to mobile media."

Kaylor should know what she's talking about. Prior to being a fashionista, she worked as senior VP for Pacific Motion Pictures. Later, she partnered with Jennifer Aniston to produce the online magazine, Voxxy, in 1999. Aimed at teen girls, the magazine was later designed as a print catalog and sold for an undisclosed amount of money.

The time could not be better for Kaylor and Lohan, as they attempt to weather scrutiny stemming from an alleged theft of a tanning spray formula from a Florida based chemist. In a lawsuit, Jennifer Sunday accused the pair of breach of contract and theft of trade secrets following the release of Lohan's new tanning spray, "Sevin Nyne." Sunday alleges that the formula for the tanning spray was designed by her.
