Lindsay Lohan: Jewelry Trouble?

First a lost phone, an alleged break-in, now the Hollywood starlet is being accused of not returning jewels?

A Beverly Hills jeweler has threatened Lindsay Lohan with legal action if she doesn't return $2 million worth of gems she borrowed, RadarOnline.com reported.

XIV Karats loaned Lohan the jewelry more than two months ago for an event, and has not yet had them returned.

Lohan claimed that the gems were stolen from her safe after an alleged burglary at her home early Sunday morning, a source said.

This is the second time this year the starlet has been mentioned along with stolen jewelry. In June, gems from an Elle magazine photo shoot in London were stolen, but those at the magazine and police denied that Lohan was to blame.

Meanwhile, Lohan is moving out of her home into a Los Angeles apartment. She has been planning the move for awhile because of the constant media attention at her Hollywood Hills home, according to Celebuzz. Samantha Ronson, Lohan's on-again-off-again girlfriend, is also moving to an apartment to escape the media, but not into the same one as Lohan.
