Lindsay Lohan must stay in rehab for Thanksgiving

Not everyone will be spending the next few days with family and friends at home.

Although reports say her mother is still working to get her daughter home for Thanksgiving, Lindsay Lohan is currently not able to leave the rehab facility where she is undergoing treatment unless she is granted a pass by a judge. So far, the law is not working in Lohan’s favor.

"As of now she's not coming home," a source supposedly close with the Lohan family told E! News. "She's not allowed to. But Dina's still trying to get her home."

Lohan is under a court order to stay in rehab until at least Jan. 3. The smaller facility Lohan is staying in is associated with the famous Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California.

The troubled starlet has been able to leave a few times since her admittance, but these trips were brief and taken on day passes.
