Lindsay Lohan Says Sam Ronson Never Hurt Her

Some of the drama surrounding Lindsay Lohan and her troubled relationship with Samantha Ronson is apparently not true, if what the star says is to be believed.

“Samantha R never raised a hand to me,” the star tweeted late Tuesday night. The tweet is in response to recent rumors that Ronson used to abuse Lindsay during their tumultuous relationship.

According to People Magazine, the two have been more civil recently, at least on Twitter. They did have an awkward run-in at Teddy’s in Hollywood the previous night, with both women ignoring one another, and Lohan leaving shortly after her arrival.

This followed a very public screaming match last week at the Tea Room in Hollywood, where the two fought. Lohan reportedly threw a cigarette at her former flame before storming out, and Ronson wasn’t far behind her, taking the wires from the deejay table, leaving the Tea Room without music.

It has been speculated that this less friendly altercation between the two is what led to rumors of abuse.
