Lindsay Lohan has undoubtedly had many run-ins with the law, but this time, she’s not the one who’s troubled.
TMZ reported the Mean Girls actress is being served a lawsuit by Thomas A. Green, who claims the 25-year-old had a hand in the death of Osama Bin Laden last year and also alleges that she “might be a high end prostitute.”
The website obtained a copy of the lawsuit, and said the contents of the suit were complete mumbo jumbo.
According to the UK’s Mirror, Green describes himself as a former U.S. Marine and says Lohan contacted him through Facebook regarding an online business he established.
Lohan was served the lawsuit while she was entering court on Tuesday for her probationary hearing, but she never took it.
Green said he has hired a process server to deliver the papers to the actress.
He is looking at suing for her “engaging in unfair business practices,” saying that the starlet told him about a conspiracy behind Bin Laden’s death.
According to TMZ, a portion of the lawsuit reads:
“[Thomas] set out to command [Lohan] to Twitter and stated if [Lohan] acknowledges this is an Osoma Bin Ladden op all civilians in past wrong doing will receive clemency."
On a less absurd note, Lohan received high praise at her probationary hearing on Tuesday and was told to “keep doing what you’re doing. You appear to be doing very well.”
