The lawsuits just keep on coming for Lindsay Lohan, as she has been sued for the second car-related incident this month.

Lohan is being sued by Nubia Del Carmen Preza, who claims the Mean Girls actress hit her with her Maserati in September 2010.

Preza is suing Lohan for all her medical expenses and lost time at work, and says she suffers “disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish,” Entertainment Weekly reports.

Lohan’s spokesman, Steve Honig, however, said that the actress was never served with the lawsuit and he would therefore not comment on it.

On January 10, Lohan was sued by paparazzo Grigor Balyan for being in the passenger seat of a car that struck him in January 2010.

Radar Online reports that Preza was actually a nanny who was walking with a baby in a stroller.

At the time of the incident, a witness said “There was a woman pushing a kid in the stroller, maybe a 2-or 3-year-old, crossing the street," adding, "Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn't super hard, but she made impact and hit them. Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, and then just kept going."

Another witness said he had actually pulled up next to Lohan and said to her 'Whoa, what the f**k are you doing?" to which she said, “Well, I saw them, but they didn’t move out of the way.”

Lohan has been on the right track since November, when she was assigned to weekly morgue clean-up duties. She has since received two positive probation reports relating to drunk driving incidents in 2007. She could be on track to finish in March.
