Lindsay Lohan may be receiving a lot of praise in court, but people continue to sue her left and right.

The Wrap reported that not long after the Mean Girls actress was served a lawsuit from a paparazzo and then a man who believes she is connected to Osama bin Laden’s murder, Lohan is now being sued by a woman who alleges she hit her with her car.

In her lawsuit, Nubia Del Carmen Preza wrote that on September 1, 2010, Lohan was driving down Alta Loma Road in West Hollywood at around 4 p.m. towards Preza before she hit her with her Maserati.

According to E! Online, Preza wrote in the suit that she suffered "[d]isabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish" after the accident and wants Lohan to cover her medical and incidental expenses, compensate her for the money she lost because she was unable to work, and pay her court costs and interest.

However, TMZ reported Preza wasn’t so aggressive back when the accident happened. The website wrote that she never filed a police report and that the two witnesses to the accident, both paparazzi, sold their video of the accident instead of handing it over to police as evidence.

People just need to leave the poor girl alone. She’s obviously trying very hard to better her life.
