Lindsay Lohan throws rooftop party on house arrest

Lindsay Lohan spent the 18th day of house arrest in her Venice Beach, California apartment by throwing a rooftop barbeque.

She is said to have thrown the low-key party because she misses hanging out with her close friends while she carries out her sentence, stemming from her jewelry theft case.

According to TMZ, a source said of the get-together that it was "very mellow” and that the crew concluded the night by watching the season 6 premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

The Gossip Girls report that Lindsay had about 10 guests at her $1.4 million rented apartment.

The Mean Girls actress only has about two weeks left on her sentence. She will then be expected to carry out 800 hours of community service.
