Lindsay Lohan "Voluntarily" Checks In

Lindsay Lohan doesn't let a little thing like not being of legal age stop her from having a good time out on the town. Though her 21st is yet to arrive (not until July), Lohan has already become an AA alumna and made a trip to rehab. Now, the starlet will make her second appearance in a rehab program, this time staying at Promises Residential Treatment Center, the same facility Britney Spears recently occupied. Reports say that Lohan's check-in is voluntary, yet it comes after a headline-making weekend of partying, complete with DUI. Lohan was arrested after driving her Mercedes convertible into a tree off Sunset Boulevard early Sunday morning, apparently after a hard night of partying. There are also rumors of cocaine being found, but the incident is still under investigation. Lohan will be in court to answer to her DUI charge on August 24.
