Lindsay Lohan Will Not Bare All

She turns down $700,000 offer from Playboy.

No nudity, Lindsay Lohan tells Playboy, turning down a $700,000 offer to be in the magazine's 55th anniversary issue to come out in January.

Playboy consultant Hal Lifson apparently wanted Lohan to do an eight-page topless spread that would have given her the chance to pay tribute to Ann-Margret's movie, Kitten with a Whip, a favorite of Lohan's.

Lifson was told no by Lohan's rep, who said, "If there's nudity, then the answer's no. . . . She's not going down the [New York] magazine road again."

Lohan caused New York Magazine's Web site to crash as millions flocked to the magazine's Web site last winter when she did a photo shoot with nothing but a pink scarf for photographer Bert Stern to pay tribute to Marilyn Monroe and the last photo shoot the icon did before her death.

Perhaps Lohan simply didn't want any more attention after what has been a rocky time in her personal life.

She made headlines earlier this year due to a blog entry on Myspace where she shot back at her father after he spoke out against friend Samantha Ronson saying that she was only using Lohan to help her become famous.

Lohan said of her father, "He has become a public embarrassment and a bully - to my family, my co-workers, my friends and a girl that means the world to me."
