Lindsay Lohan's stalker ordered to stay away from her for two years

By Gina DiFalco,

While Lindsay Lohan is carrying out her house arrest sentence, the starlet gets some good news.

The future Gotti: Three Generations star has been granted her wish in regards to a dangerous stalker in L.A. County. A judge ruled that the man must stay away from her for two years.

TMZ reports that David Cocordan has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Lohan at all times.

According to ABC7.com, Cocordan has left Lohan more than 100 text messages and left chocolates at her home.

In May, a judge issued a temporary restraining order. One text message from the 38-year-old alleged that he was in the same courtroom as Lohan when she was sentenced to 120 days in jail in April.
