Linkin Park Cancels China Tour

Because of a back injury suffered by lead singer Chester Bennington, Linkin Park has cancelled their tour of China.

The band did not specify how Bennington acquired the back injury, but a statement on the band's Web site said that all of their upcoming performances in Beijing, Shanghai, the central city of Wuhan and Macau were cancelled.



Linkin Park also cancelled its show in Taipei, which many know as the capital of Taiwan.



Linkin Park went on to say, in their statement, that they will still donate to reconstruction efforts of the country following the terrible earthquake that devastated the country earlier this year.



World Bank will also match the band's donation to China.
