Lions Game Blacked Out
Yet another Detroit Lions game is being blacked out locally.
ESPN is reporting that the Lions failed to sellout their tickets for Sunday's match-up against the Washington Redskins, and as a result face a local television blackout.
The team has lost 19 straight games, the second-longest losing streak in NFL history.
Perhaps things aren't as dreary for Lions fans as they may seem. According to Associated Press writer Barry Wilner, the Lions will upset the Redskins 14-13.
The Detroit News states that this blackout marks the sixth blackout in the last eight games (dating back to last season) for the Lions.
