Lisa Marie Gives Birth to Twins

According to a report on the official Web site of Entertainment Tonight, Lisa Marie Presley, the only daughter of Elvis Presley, gave birth to twin girls on October 7.

The girls, whose names have not been released yet, were delivered via cesarean section and weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces and 5 pounds, 2 ounces respectively.

The twins are the first children that Presley, 40, and her husband, Michael Lockwood, 47, have had together.

Presley has two children from her previous marriage to Danny Keough. Soon after she broke up with Keough, Presley married the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, and then Nicolas Cage.

There are a great number of twins in the Presley family. Elvis was a twin himself, and Lisa Marie's mother, Priscilla Presley, was the older sister to twin brothers.
