Lohan Gets Into Birthday Brawl

Lindsay Lohan has had a very interesting year thus far. Some good and some bad, but on a positive note, Lohan recently celebrated her 24th birthday. The only thing is that it didn’t start out very happy.

Lindsay and her friends celebrated in West Hollywood, CA last night at Voyeur nightclub. Unfortunately, Lohan ran into some trouble. On her official Twitter account, Lohan posted a tweet that she got punched by a waitress while she was celebrating her day last night.

The tweet posted said, “A waitress just hit me – punched me for no reason.”

Despite the alleged assault, Lindsay and her posse remained at the club carefree well past midnight. The group left around 2 a.m. Apparently, there are many things raining on Lohan’s birthday parade.

According to TMZ, Lindsay really isn’t happy this birthday because she is broke and can’t afford a big gala to celebrate her day. Lohan is also really tired of wearing her court-ordered SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet.

If Lohan remains out of trouble, she may get the SCRAM removed very soon. With any luck, the second half of this year will be a better one for Lohan.
