Lohan Gets Pummeled

Lindsay Lohan is generating headlines once again. But this time, it was not actually her fault. The actress was celebrating her 24th birthday at an LA nightclub when a waitress decided it was a good idea to just punch Lohan in the face.

Lohan tweeted at 1 a.m., “A waitress just hit me -- punched me for no reason.”

The waitress says Lohan is lying. “All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional... I didn’t hit her. But I’d like to.”

However, a witness says Lohan, who was sipping Red Bulls and hiding her SCRAM alcohol monitoring bracelet under a pair of thigh-high boots, was not exaggerating the situation.

“The waitress has a history with Doug Reinhardt, and Lohan was hanging out with him. She was jealous, and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face! Doug didn’t want any part of it and went to the other side of the booth. Lohan ran out.”

Even though Lohan left the club, later that night, she visited the Rockstar House where she once again ran into the waitress.
