Lohan Is in Trouble Again

An arrest warrant has been issued for actress Lindsay Lohan today.

She just can't seem to stay out of trouble. Beverly Hills Superior Court issued an arrest warrant for Lindsay Lohan on Friday, according to MSNBC. The warrant was for $50,000.

The warrant was related to Lohan's 2007 DUI and hit-and-run case according to People, but the Beverly Hills Police Department will not confirm the details. Warrants can be issued for any number of reasons, including failure to update an address. According to Lohan's lawyer, the warrant was "a misunderstanding." He also said that she has been obeying her probation rules.

Beverly Hills Police Lt. Mark Rosen said that police were not actively looking for her. She is due in court on Monday for a hearing on her case. Lohan is currently serving three years probation for the 2007 incidents where she was driving under the influence and in possession of cocaine.
