Lopez Joins Runway

Mere weeks ago, on August 27, 2008, Jennifer Lopez helped honor Marian Wright Edelman & the Children's Defense Fund at the Denver Art Museum. Now, she is adding something totally different to her resume by appearing as a judge on the Season 5 finale of Bravo's Project Runway. The 39-year-old star is certainly fit enough to appear on the show, as she is currently training for her first triathlon. The shoot is scheduled for this Friday, September 12. Though she would not confirm the news, Runway judge Nina Garcia did say that the finale "is going to be unbelievable." Earlier, she had said, "The guest star is one of the most iconic women around. It's going to take the cake." Michael Kors, who also serves as one of Runway's regular judges, recently told Elle magazine that Jennifer is so attuned to fashion that she could be a fashion editor herself. He also said that Jennifer is both curious about what's new and what's next, but knows her look and lifestyle.
