Lost Actress Rodriguez Sentenced to 60 Days in Jail
By drunk driving, Michelle Rodriguez violated the probation from a previous hit and run conviction. Surprise, surprise.
Michelle Rodriguez is in trouble. Again. The former "Lost" actress was arrested last December for drunk driving with a BAC of more than twice the legal limit. She was sentenced to five days in a Hawaiian jail and thirty days of community service with Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
Now, Rodriguez has been sentenced to 60 days behind bars. Prosecutors say that her December arrest violated her probation terms from a 2004 arrest for a hit-and-run.
Rodriguez, who until recently played Ana-Lucia on "Lost," is scheduled to begin her jail term May 31st. Recently, she told People magazine "I'm a gypsy. I can see beauty in a jail cell." Perhaps she's looking to replace the "Lost" hatch with a nice new cinder-block hatch of her own.
