Lowe Suing 3 Former Employees

It seems that Rob Lowe's family just can't find good help. Reuters is reporting that Rob Lowe and his wife are suing two former nannies and a chef.

One of the nannies and the chef are being sued for divulging personal information which violates confidentiality agreements. The nanny, Laura Boyce, is even being accused of working with others to damage the actor and his makeup artist wife's reputation.

The other nanny, Jessica Gibson, is being sued for more than just divulging personal information. TMZ has shown that the lawsuit against her also states she "made false statements to others to suggest that she had a personal and intimate relationship with Rob Lowe."

Gibson worked for the couple for seven years before abruptly quitting. According to what Lowe revealed to the Huffington Post, once she quit she started contacting the couple telling them that she wanted $1.5 million or she would reveal that she was being abused at work and that she and Lowe had a sexual relationship.

Lowe and his wife are also seeking damages from Gibson because she "violated their personal space for her own sexual trysts." According to the lawsuit, she "would bring men with whom she was sexually involved into the Lowes' home after hours without their knowledge, permission or approval. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and, had the Lowes been aware of it at the time, it would have been cause for immediate termination."
