Lynne Spears and K-Fed on the Same Side

The battle between mother and daughter is something that is always hard and controversial, especially when it is in the public eye. Britney Spears has been splattered all over the media recently concerning her divorce and her out control behavior. She has been feuding with her mother ever since she admitted her to rehab in February, when Spears reportedly said, "Say goodbye, mama, because this is the last time you'll ever speak to me." Lynne Spears was hoping to smooth things over with Britney when she went to a party that both her and Britney attended. The attempt was not successful, "she froze when she saw Lynne, Brit was cordial, but you could've cut the tension with a knife," an insider said.Lynne only gets to visit with her grandchildren when Kevin Federline, Britney's ex-husband, brings them over. Lynne has recently been siding with her ex-son-in-law over issues regarding custody of the couples children. "The Spears family loves Kevin; he lets them see the babies whenever he has them," an insider commented. A friend said that, "Brit's paranoid that her mom and Kevin are working to take the kids away from her." Britney has also been contacting a lawyer in order to remove her mother from her will.
