Lynne Spears Gets the Shaft
Britney removes her mother from her will.
After Britney Spears delivered the bitter poem "Dear Mama" to Lynne Spears, reports have surfaced that the pop star has also removed her mother from her will.
Spears allegedly changed her will to ensure that Lynne will never gain custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. Jamie Lynne, Britney's 15-year-old sister, will instead receive custody when the singer dies. She is also set to inherit Britney's entire estate.
If Britney dies before Jamie Lynne turns 21, her sons will be taken care of by her cousin and new BFF Alli Sims. Lynne Spears will have no legal rights to Sean and Jayden.
