Apparently, Madonna has been seen with a new leading man. Model Jesus Luz and Madonna, who met in Brazil while Madonna was touring there, have been spotted around town in New York.

The 22-year-old Jesus Luz and Madonna, along with two of her children, were seen dining in the Big Apple last weekend. This allegedly has Alex Rodriguez curious and jealous about Madonna's new friend, says an insider. A-Rod, who has been linked to Madonna since the two split from their marriages, is reportedly not committed to the 50-year-old Material mom, but the two are still seeing each other. This recent sighting would explain why Madonna's outing with Luz has caused some concern for A-Rod.

Could Madonna be replacing A-Rod for a younger man? Well one thing is for sure, the 33-year-old Rodriguez is certainly wondering the same thing!
