Madonna Celebrates Michael Jackson
Madonna pays tribute to the King of Pop.
Madonna celebrated Michael Jackson's life on the opening night of her "Sticky and Sweet" tour, according to TMZ. The singer told the crowd, "Let's give it up for one of the greatest artists the world has ever known. Michael Jackson: Long live the king!"
Madonna paid tribute to Jackson by having a Jackson impersonator perform many of his dance moves to "Billie Jean" and "Wanna Be Startin' Something." According to Entertainment Weekly, the crowd went crazy.
Madonna performed in the same London arena that Jackson was scheduled to perform at for his comeback concerts that were scheduled for later this month, reports Entertainment Weekly.
