After attacking Paris Hilton's then-boyfriend and stalking her at her Malibu home, James Brian Rainford has been charged with five different misdemeanor counts against the heiress. The 36-year-old stalker has had many run-ins within the past year with Hilton.

On July 4, Rainford was arrested on Pacific Coast Highway because police caught him looking into Hilton's home. He is being charged with a misdemeanor count for violating a court order that informed him to stay away from Hilton.

In addition, the stalker is charged with two counts of felony stalking, and three counts of disobeying a court order.

Rainford also attacked Hilton's then-boyfriend Cy Waits in April when the couple were outside a courthouse to testify in a burglary case. He is now in jail with bail set at $150,000.

If convicted of all five charges, James Brian Rainford faces up to five years in jail.
