Man Charged With Stalking Miley Cyrus

A 53-year-old Georgia man was arrested last weekend for a second time attempting to stalk 16-year-old Miley Cyrus.

Mark McLeod allegedly returned to the set of "The Last Song" on Tybee Island near Savannah two weeks after police warned him to stay away. Disney security officers reported he was asking where he could find Cyrus as well as admitted at the time of his arrest he was trying to get in contact with the teen star.

McLeod was charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction in June after he tried to breach security at the Savannah movie set. After his arrest he told police he was secretly engaged to Cyrus and told police no one could keep them apart.

McLeod is being held at the Columbia County Detention Center at this time with no listing of an attorney.
