Man Sues Knoxville for Mousetrap Gag

Would-be action star was the only one not in on the joke.

Perry Caravello trusted Johnny Knoxville enough to place his private parts in a mousetrap. That was his first mistake. The actor is suing the Jackass star, along with TV talk show host Jimmy Kimmel and radio personality Adam Corolla because he never saw a cent from the 2003 movie, Windy City Heat. The movie was a joke, by the way, if you haven't figured that bit out yet. Apparently, it was a joke everyone was in on except Caravello.

Caravello is raising a fuss, saying that the trio owes him $10 million for being brave enough (or stupid enough) to place his unmentionables in a mousetrap. Shockingly, Caravello seems to have incurred some serious damage from the stunt.

In the suit, it states: "Plaintiff agreed to [the stunt], and much to his emotional tranquility and to his physical harm, was severely injured when the trap literally went on his manhood." The plaintiff is also inexplicably embarrassed that the video of the stunt (filmed without his go-ahead, of course) popped up on the internet. Knoxville and company face allegations of fraud, negligence, and unjust enrichment. The suit demands payment to the tune of $10.5 million in damages.
