Mark-Paul Gosselaar And Wife Split

There is another celebrity break-up; Mark-Paul Gosselaar and his wife Lisa Ann Russell have separated, according to People.com

Gosselaar is famous for his role in the 1990’s television classic Saved By The Bell, in which he played the character Zack Morris. Russell had a small role in the television show as well. They both met on the set of Saved By The Bell.

The couple of 14 years have two children, Michael Charles and Ava Lorenn.

A rep for Gosselaar tells People.com that their children are their first priority.

“They both remain focused on their family and are jointly committed to their children,” the rep said.

There has not been a direct reason for the split, but a source close to the couple refuted Internet reports that Russell’s behavior was to blame.

“The reports saying she is out partying aren’t true,” says the source. “She’s a great mom the two of them couldn’t be more hands on with the kids. Their number one focus is definitely their family.”

Gosselaar is soon to appear on TNT’s new legal show Franklin and Bash.
