Mark-Paul Gosselaar Visits Jimmy Fallon as Zack Morris
Jimmy Fallon has been busy working on a "Saved by the Bell" reunion show for the beloved cult classic ever since he took over Conan O'Brien's show last year.
Using "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," the host has already gotten confirmation from Mario Lopez, Lark Voorhies and Dennis Haskins and when Gosselaar came on his show last night, he was dressed and acting like his famed character, Zack Morris.
Gosselaar spent the interview as Zack, even using his giant cell phone and saying "Time Out" throughout the segment. He said he and Elizabeth Berkley are also game for the reunion, leaving Dustin Diamond and Tiffani Thiessen left for this stint to become a reality.
Gosselaar is also promoting the second season of his latest drama series "Raising the Bar." But all of the attention was focused on the SBTB announcement.
To continue the charade, Gosselaar and Fallon's house band, The Roots, also performed "Friends Forever," the song Zack sang on the Kasey Casem-hosted episode. The Roots also performed the theme to SBTB.
