Mary-Kate Olsen Will Not Be Questioned Over Ledger's Death

Olsen will not be questioned over Ledger's death; prescription drug overdose is still what police suspect.

Reports stating that police will question Mary-Kate Olsen over the death of Heath Ledger are false, according to a top New York City police official. The police see no reason to talk to Olsen given what they know at the moment.

The housekeeper and masseuse who found Ledger's body have cooperated with the police. The masseuse, Diane Lee, has given the police a detailed outline of the calls she made to Mary-Kate Olsen in the nine minutes before calling 911. After receiving the call from Lee, Olsen had her sister, Ashley's, security guards go to the apartment.

The police are reviewing security video from outside Ledger's apartment to see who went in and out of the apartment the afternoon of his death. They are still awaiting toxicology reports to determine the cause of his death.

The police believe that Ledger's death was a result of a prescription drug over-dose. They do not suspect foul play.
