Demi Moore may be taking time off from her acting career, but Mary Louise Parker totally is not.

Us Weekly reported Parker has been chosen to replace Moore in the upcoming Linda Lovelace biopic, Lovelace.

The 47-year-old Weeds actress will have a small part in the film, playing famed feminist Gloria Steinem.

According to CNN, the recently divorced 49-year-old dropped out of the film shortly after she was hospitalized Monday night.

Earlier this week, she announced she would be seeking professional help to "treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health."

"Her life is completely in crisis," a source told Us Weekly, "She is turning 50 and has no idea who she is or what her focus should be."

The G.I. Jane actress also made headlines for what she was doing a week before being admitted to the hospital - partying away with daughter Rumer Willis and dancing on tables.

Moore isn’t the only original cast member to be replaced in the film. Mean Girls’s Lindsay Lohan was set to play Lovelace, but was forced to drop out because of her legal obligations.

But no worries, Lohan’s comedy co-star, Amanda Seyfried, personally volunteered to replace Lohan and is currently shooting the film about the ‘70s pornstar in Los Angeles.

What do you think about all the casting shuffles?
