Massachusetts state cop lets Gisele Bundchen off with a warning for speeding

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen, who is also the wife of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, was caught speeding by a Massachusetts State Police Officer on Saturday on Cape Cod. However, she was only given a verbal warning.

The story was first reported by The Boston Herald, which wrote that Bundchen was caught in a speed trap going 70 in a 55 m.p.h. zone. While the officer’s son tweeted that Bundchen gave him an autograph on the citation and kisses, State Police spokesman David Procopio insisted that there was no special treatment.

According to The Associated Press, Procopio said that he gave four others a verbal warning that day as well, while the other 20 drivers he stopped committed violations other than speeding.

Bundchen was driving her Cadillac SUV with two children in the back, both with their seatbelts properly fastened.
