Mayweather Set to Wrestle at WrestleMania
The best pound for pound fighter in the world who also participated on Dancing With the Stars last year, will try something new. Wrestle a 7'4" man named Big Show as part of WWE's WrestleMania XXIV.
The motivation behind "Money" Mayweather's decision is undoubtedly the $20 million payday awaiting the undefeated boxing champion.
"It's entertainment. You have a chance to just be you and do what you want to do," Mayweather said Monday after a chaotic Staples Center event that transformed into a news conference.
The boxer who constantly brags about how much he is worth, likes how the WWE does business.
"Wrestling does business right on the spot. Whatever they say they're going to do, they do it right on the spot. There's no waiting three, four, five months. Quick results, quick money. Quick big money, too."
WrestleMania XXIV airs at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Fla., on March 30.
