McKey Wins "America's Next Top Model"

ANTM Cycle 11 Winner

It's official . . . Brittany "McKey" Sullivan is the newest America's Next Top Model winner! In the 11th cycle of the popular reality television show, this tall (former) tomboy won the top spot.

"I'm so proud of myself right now," McKey exclaimed and she hugged Tyra and lifted her off the ground with excitement.

At the top of the hour, the final three quickly became two when Tyra eliminated Analeigh Tipton, 19, for having a "too commercial" look that was not right for high fashion. Although, her photographs reflected otherwise. She was personally my favorite throughout the competition.

The judges were then left to choose between Samantha Potter, 18, and McKey Sullivan, 19. The bright blonde and the bold brunette.

Their final challenge took place in Amsterdam on a bubblegum colored runway that was FIERCE, led by cycle 10 winner Whitney and Holland's Top Model winner Ananda. Not only was the catwalk long, but the models had to run up a hill at one point only to walk down a set of stairs. It certainly looked difficult and I was surprised no one stumbled on their stilettos.

McKey owned the runway with her striking poses and distinct looks. While Samantha did glide down the runway, but her face showed her doubt and worry for nailing each step. McKey recognized that her runway walk was not the strongest, but she gave it her all in this competition and it paid off!

McKey won a contract with Elite model management, an editorial spread and coveted cover on Seventeen magazine and a $100,000 contract with Cover Girl. So you can get a glimpse of this new Cover Girl around the world.
