Meghan McCain Has Very Low Opinion of Christine O'Donnell

Young Republican Meghan McCain has a very strong opinion of Delaware Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell. According to The Huffington Post, McCain sees the woman as "a nutjob."

"My problem is that, no matter what, Christine O'Donnell is making a mockery of running for public office. She has no really history, no real success in any kind of business," she said on an episode of ABC's This Week, which aired Sunday.

McCain went on to say that O'Donnell's success will send a message that there is no experience necessary to run for Senate. "I just know, in my group of friends, it turns people off because she's seen as a nutjob," she said.

O'Donnell has been in the news a lot recently. She complained that she was not receiving the right amount of help from the GOP. Jay Leno caught flack for making a sex joke about her. Numerous colleges have denied her from attending.

Nevertheless, she has pulled ahead of congressman Michael Castle in the Delaware Republican primary.
